STATUTE AND BY-LAWS OF THE PAN AMERICAN FEDERATION OF ARCHITECTS ASSOCIATIONS (FPAA)
Bylaws and Regulations approved in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, at the Ordinary General Assembly held on March 31, 2023.
Prepared by the Honorary Life Council (CHV) based on the consultation made to all FPAA members in the document called "Synthesis of Final Agreement-SGT", which included recommendations ordered by topics and numbered for reference. Once this stage was completed without observations and with some complementary suggestions, the draft of the Bylaws was prepared.
The final draft was presented by the CHV at the Executive Committee of the City of Cartagena in November 2022 and after the ninety-day period without observations, it was approved at the Ordinary Assembly in March 2023 in the City of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
