28 Oct NEW FPAA DIRECTIVE 2024 - 2028
The new board of directors of the Pan American Federation of Architects' Associations (FPAA) is composed of María Samaniego, of Ecuador, as president; Natalia Brener, of Uruguay, as secretary general and treasurer; Tania Salgado, of the United States of America, as executive secretary; and David Fontcuberta, of Martinique, as advisor.
Its program for the next four years is committed to the diversity of the American continent and its architecture. Emphasis will be placed on strengthening the institutionalism of the federation at the local and international levels, integrating all professionals with a transdisciplinary approach to architecture. It will also promote direct and committed communication with the architecture of the continent, as well as a close relationship between academia and professional practice. Sustainability in the practice of architecture will be a key pillar, always considering the values and principles of respect for our society and the planet.
