The Continental Insignia Project of Contribution to Sustainable Development represents an innovative management proposal with an environmental scope.
It is a project promoted by our Federation of Contribution to Sustainable Development of continental scope initiated to raise awareness and bring visions of a sustainable future closer to reality, in direct linkage with the Climate Agenda-ODS 13, the New Urban Agenda-ODS 11, the Global Compact and the Encyclical Laudato Si.
The creation of sustainable cities and communities is a new way of thinking about architecture and a relatively innovative theme, which requires institutional policies, strategies and management methods to guide the actions of the different members of the group of organizations and professionals in each continent, region and country.
To this end, our Federation has adopted and promotes the Pan American Campaign "Sustainable Cities and Communities" as the flagship project of its territorial action in the localization of SDG11 in cities and local communities, promoting the adoption of policies and modes of management that contribute to providing integrated territorial solutions and respond to local needs, taking into account the different territorial and cultural contexts of the Americas.
